• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

• Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer.

• Custom-stitched, altered, or made-to-order products (if applicable).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Share clear images or videos of the product showing the issue.

3. Our team will review the request and confirm approval within 2–3 working days.

Once approved:

• The product must be shipped back to us in its original condition.

• Return shipping may be arranged by us or instructed to the customer, depending on the case.

4. Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 working days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for size or product defects, subject to stock availability.

• If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

6. Shipping Charges
